School-Based Therapy

ChildSavers offers therapy to Richmond Public Schools students and families online during COVID-19. We also offer in-person therapy sessions for RPS students at our East End clinic. Medicaid and private insurance is accepted.

Therapy for Richmond Public School Students

Our partnership with Richmond Public Schools allows us to serve even more children in Richmond while engaging with families and faculty. We incorporate play and art therapy into your child’s custom, strengths-based treatment plans to make the healing process enjoyable and sustainable.

How to Get Started

The process to starting school-based therapy is simple! To begin, fill out our referral form. Then, we’ll call to schedule the child’s first appointment where we’ll create a custom treatment plan together based on their needs.

ChildSavers also offers ad hoc training, training series, and long-term consultation services including asset mapping and needs assessment to schools and school divisions.
